Clarity Coachworks coaching process is unique. Many coaches employ the same techniques; many have basically the same training. Clarity Coachworks uses techniques employed by the Coach Training Alliance and other coach training programs along with the coaches' personal and professional experiences to create an mutually interactive relations for the benefit of the client.

Clarity Coachworks mainly coaches via the telephone with unlimited email follow-ups in between sessions. Clients can expect to spend between 40 to 50 minutes during each session with action steps created by the coach and client to take in between sessions. Clients have unlimited access to coaches in between session via email. Time is spent during each session to identify challenges and celebrate successes.

Individual coaching fees are $450.00 for three 50 minute sessions per month. Most clients find clarity within 12-15 sessions while some find clarity much quicker or slightly longer. A one-time intake session to define the relationship takes typically between 1 ½ to 2 hours and has a one-time charge of $100.00. Ask us about free sample sessions.

Group coaching is a slightly different process. Group coaching is a process in which to change or create a productive and harmonious relationship between a work group, departments and managers.
